IGN works alongside national governments, the private sector, and public health institutions to build effective, sustainable iodine nutrition programs, as well as with UN and non-governmental organizations such as UNICEF and Nutrition International. With our Regional and National Coordinators, we provide tailored technical support, strengthen monitoring systems, and help countries to identify and overcome policy, regulatory, and capacity challenges. Our country-led approach prioritizes equity and long-term sustainability with a focus on ensuring that every population group has access to adequately iodized salt.
